Batagianni gallery recently presented Arslan Sukan's photography exhibition, entitled "Few meters away from the mood". It was artist's first solo show in Greece.
Arslan Sukan's works balance between reality and its transformation. The human need to escape, to reshape what one perceives as reality, becomes the key element in the body of his work. In the current series, the artist isolates mainly architectural elements which he presents as symbols for the same inherent human need.
Sukan's photographs prove to be a constant play of dimensions, perspective and light; a new understanding of reality. Curated by Eleftheria Tseliou
